Nguyên tắc sử dụng tinh dầu tự nhiên cao cấp

Khi hay bị dị ứng, trước khi sử dụng tinh dầu tự nhiên cao cấp cần kiểm tra nó trên cơ thể người sử dụng. Hãy cho vào 1 thìa uống trà dầu mang 2 giọt tinh dầu, hỗn hợp thu được xoa lên phần nhạy cảm của cơ thể (ví dụ cổ tay). Nếu như sau một vài phút không xuất hiện bất kỳ dấu hiệu khó chịu nào hoặc không có dấu hiệu phản ứng tại chỗ, thì tinh dầu có thể sử dụng và thích ứng với làn da của bạn.

 Hướng dẫn sử dụng tinh dầu tự nhiên cao cấp

Không xoa tinh dầu ở dạng nguyên chất lên da mỏng, nhất là với trẻ em.

Khi sử dụng tinh dầu ở dạng đèn đốt, 2 buổi đầu tiên không nên dùng quá 20 phút; khi sử dụng tinh dầu làm hương thơm cho bồn tắm, hai lần đầu chỉ giới hạn trong 5 phút.

Không để tinh dầu rơi vào mắt. Khi bị tinh dầu rơi vào mắt phải  rửa lại bẳng nước sạch

Làm thơm phòng bằng đèn đốt

Rót nước nóng vào đĩa phía trên của đèn đốt. Sau đó nhỏ tinh dầu vào nước  với lượng 3-7 giọt cho mỗi 15 mét vuông của phòng. Phía dưới đèn đốt đặt nến hoặc bóng đèn làm nóng. Không để nước trên đĩa sôi.

Làm nước hoa

Trộn lẫn 1 giọt tinh dầu lớp đầu, 2 giọt lớp giữa và 3 giọt lớp sau. Bổ sung vào hỗn hợp thu được từ 3 thành phần này với 7 phần dịch cơ  bản (cồn ethylic, nước cất, nước hoặc dầu béo không có mùi).  Tất cả dịch lắc đều, để trong trong chỗ tối ở nhiệt độ phòng từ 48 giờ đến 1 tháng.

Làm giàu thành phần mỹ phẩm.

Cho 1-2 giọt tinh dầu vào 5 ml dung dịch mỹ phẩm

Tắm hơi, Xông hơi

Cho vào bình 50-100 ml nước nóng. Bổ sung thêm đến 9-10 giọt tinh dầu để xông hơi

Bồn tắm

Trộn lẫn 6-7 giọt tinh dầu tự nhiên cao cấp với 30-60 gam vào bồn tắm và ngâm mình thư giãn

Rửa mặt

Cho 1-2 giọt tinh dầu tự nhiên cao cấp vào nước.  Nhắm mắt và xoa hỗn hợp lên mặt. Lau khô mặt bằng giấy ăn (salfetki)

Lau và vệ sinh phòng

Bổ sung tinh dầu vào nước để lau phòng theo công thức sau : cứ 5 lít nước thêm vào 30 giọt tinh dầu sẽ tạo mùi thơm dễ chịu cho căn phòng của bạn.

Đối với động vật

Bổ sung tinh dầu vào sữa tắm và tắm cho các em thú cưng của bạn

Massage

Cho 6-7 giọt tinh dầu tự nhiên cao cấp vào da và message sẽ tạo cho các bạn cảm giác thư thái dễ chịu
